Patient Demographics: Adults - 50% age 65+ - 32% age 45-64 - 17% age 19-44
Physician in Practice: 1
Specialty Support: All surgical (except transplants); limited pediatrics; OB, Cath Lab, & ED
Support Staff: 2 APPS, & 1 Nursing support
Procedures: Brain Death Exam
Duties: - All neurology IP/ED/OP network consult requests - Grand rounds - Will supervise/teach IM/FM residents. - Sub-specialty interest in EEG, EMG, Epilepsy, Sleep, MS, & Movement Disorders are welcomed
Lab & X-ray Onsite: Yes
Trauma Level: III
EMR: Cerner
Other Info: Not accepting Visa candidates
Travel, lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active IA License or IMLC
BC/BE (If BE; within 3 years of residency)
DEA
BLS, ACLS
